Vigilancia OUT it offers a relaxed experienceThe original concept when developing the surveillance was a bi metal yoyo that is easy to control. It was a yoyo that kept the bi metal spin power while still moving as fast as possible, and could easily maneuver through any trick. The all new Vigilancia was designed to get as close to the surveillance feel as possible in a full aluminum model, and after several prototypes they were able to match the bi metal power they were after.
